1. Additional 7-day refund promise
Utyls offers an additional voluntary refund policy on top of any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, distance selling, and other mandatory laws.
If you purchased a Utyls subscription and request a refund within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid for that initial purchase.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@utyls.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please include enough information for us to locate your subscription, such as:
- the email address used for your Utyls account;
- the approximate purchase date; and
- the reason for the refund request, if you want to share it.
3. Scope of this policy
This 7-day full refund policy applies as an additional commercial policy offered by Utyls. It does not replace, limit, or reduce any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
If local law grants you broader cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights, those rights continue to apply independently of this policy.
4. Limits and exclusions
Unless required otherwise by law, this additional 7-day refund promise applies to the first subscription purchase and does not automatically apply to renewals, upgrades, extensions, taxes, currency conversion charges, or third-party banking fees.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request and to prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate refunds, or refunds requested for accounts that materially violate our terms.
5. Timing of refunds
If a refund is approved, we will submit it to the original payment method as soon as reasonably practical. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider, bank, and card network.
