Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Utyls website, dashboard, and connected inbox automation features.

By using Utyls, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login methods secure, and connect only inboxes that you are authorized to use.

You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account and for reviewing any drafts, labels, or suggestions generated by Utyls before taking action on them.

3. What Utyls does

Utyls helps organize inboxes, detect follow-ups and deadlines, and generate draft replies. Utyls is an assistance tool, not a substitute for your own judgment.

Utyls does not automatically send emails on your behalf. Drafts are created for your review inside your connected Outlook account.

4. Trials, subscriptions, and billing

Utyls may offer a free trial. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, paid billing begins only when you start a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing interval, and renewal timing are shown at checkout and in the billing portal.

Billing is processed by Stripe. Your use of Stripe-hosted checkout or billing portal features is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and policies.

5. Refunds

Utyls offers an additional 7-day full refund policy for initial purchases, subject to the separate Refund Policy.

Any mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply in addition to that policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Utyls to:

• break the law or violate the rights of others;
• access inboxes, data, or systems without authorization;
• send malware, spam, or abusive content through the service;
• probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service in a harmful way; or
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or account restrictions.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Utyls from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, but we aim to operate the service with reasonable care and reliability.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or a violation of these terms.

You can stop using the service at any time and may cancel paid billing through the Stripe billing portal.

9. Intellectual property

Utyls and its software, branding, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

You retain your rights in your emails, mailbox content, and other materials you make available through the service.

10. Disclaimers

Utyls is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except where a different standard is required by law.

AI-generated categorizations and draft suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.

Subject to that, Utyls is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from the use of the service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
